Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) Grant

Although it depends on the scale of the project, the majority of RSA grants represent 10-20 per cent of a project's capital expenditure, and all grants are negotiated individually.

Projects involving relatively low levels of capital investment can receive grants calculated against the first two years' salary costs of new project jobs.

RSA is not limited to a single one-off grant and can be awarded for subsequent expansion projects in Scotland.
